Hajar and the team couldn’t do enough for us. They made us feel welcome, looked after us and helped make the stay what it is. The location of this Riad makes it, within minutes you are in the bustling city centre…yet it’s quiet. Outstanding value for money.

The breakfast was the stand-out triumph of our stay. It offered a delicious range of Moroccan breads and cakes as well as olives, fresh fruit and eggs, all taken on a lovely roof terrace. The staff were also exceptional - they were helpful and offered suggestions for days out and support with transfers with a super friendly smile. The location was great - less than a 10-minute walk to Djemaa El-Fna and, whilst they are basic, the rooms and beds were comfortable.

The Riad was like a home from home. The location was perfect and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go. The hosts were amazing friendly and helped with any of our needs. Breakfast was beautiful, pancakes, bread, fruit, yoghurt they definitely filled you up for your day. Dinner on our first night was also very tasty.Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. It was quiet and had air conditioning. The decor was beautiful and the staff all went out their way to make you feel at home

Happy to say that overall this was a good experience. Lovely staff in a great location. Haja , Abdul and the rest of the team all helped with a friendly manner. The riad is small enough to give a sense of community with the other guests, majority french speaking, which enhanced the experience. The meals were generally served at a leisurely pace: breakfast at 8.30am and dinner at 8pm on the roof terrace. There was limited range and no choice but tasty and adequate. The riad gives an authentic traditional experience of Marrakech.

We got the pick-up from the airport which was efficient. Checking in at the riad was quick and easy. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, asking us daily how we were and what we'd been up to through the day or if we needed help with anything. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Room and bathroom were cleaned every day. We only managed to have breakfast 2 days out of 4 because of doing a trip and then an early flight, but it was a good breakfast, with Moroccan style food.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this riad, which offered an authentic Moroccan experience. It’s not a luxury hotel, but the warmth, hospitality, and care from the staff make it truly special. A special thanks to Hajar and Abdou, whose kindness and attentiveness made my solo trip even more memorable. They organised everything for me with great attention to detail, and our long chats on the lovely rooftop terrace are moments I will cherish. I always felt comfortable, welcomed, and well looked after—almost like being part of a family. Now that I’m back, I already miss them! If you’re looking for a genuine experience and exceptional hospitality, this is the perfect place to stay.

The location is perfect for sightseeing as well as for day-trips to the desert/mountains. It's an old, traditional building, so don't expect a luxury hotel experience. Instead, immerse yourself in the traditional Marrakesh culture. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. My girlfriend has dietary requirements (vegetarian and gluten-free) and they were accommodating. The manager of the hotel can help you with many day-to-day issues with your trip (like booking taxis or finding cool spots in the city). We really enjoyed talking to her!

Breakfast was great, super good location, easy to arrange transportation and activities to and from the accommodation. Very nice authentic Moroccan experience.

Excellent location - very close to Medina, but taxis can take you to within 100 metres or so of the front door. Staff is VERY friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Excellent breakfasts, however served outdoors on the rooftop terrace, so it may be chilly in the winter, even though they do have propane heaters. Nice ground floor public space, with sofas, tables, and chairs.

The staff were so accommodating. They indulged me by making me pots of boiling water for my particular tea at any time of the day/ night. They made suggestions about what to see, organised tours for us, and each of them had a lovely aura, shared stories with us. They took the time to get to know us. We felt guided in the right direction.

Everything! We had such a great time here and the best part was the people. Everyone was so kind and so accommodating. What a perfect visit in every way. Our favorite was the cooking class, arranged and hosted right at the property. Truly a highlight of our entire visit to Morocco.
